A Tipi For the Library

Cold Lake Public Library is working on this great project to install an original Tipi in the Reading Garden of the South Branch.

All members of our community and surrounding areas will be invited to  participate in programs for all ages and have this unique experience to learn about the traditions of Indigenous People in a welcoming and inclusive place.


We are currently in the process of raising funds to cover the cost of the Tipi and the preparation of the area where it will be installed.

A big shout out to the organizations that have contributed to this project so far !
